#themonumentalproject team need your help to raise £600 towards a very important marble plinth.

The plinth will house a plaque that honours the last American Civil War veteran to die in the United Kingdom. Samuel Lander Hough died on December 26th 1940 in Derby, England and was "the last Union veteran". Now we have the plaque that honors his status we have to pay for its marble housing but we need your help!
